Most individual founders should begin with the Atlas Reading™. Organizations that already know they need team-level or company-wide mapping may apply directly for a Living Atlas™. Organizations seeking embedded executive support may apply for the Founding Operations Partnership™, but Inner Score may require a Living Atlas before accepting the mandate.

No. The Atlas Reading is founder-level. Organizational mapping belongs inside the Living Atlas.

No. At delivery, you may take the map and act independently, book a Living Atlas, request a targeted scope, or decide that no additional work is currently needed.

The Living Atlas™ is a strategic organizational map. Depending on the tier, it may include the vision, offers, stakeholders, authority, resources, relationships, risks, decisions, systems, leverage points, and implementation mandate.

The Living Atlas may be delivered as an interactive HTML experience, professionally structured PDF, executive presentation, and implementation-ready scope document. The final format depends on the approved tier and scope.

The Living Systems Business-in-a-Box™ is the packaged operating asset created from proven work. It may contain operating architecture, workflows, decision rules, documentation, templates, ownership, technology records, training, and transition materials.

The Atlas Reading is usually delivered during the same week it is booked. A Living Atlas may range from a half-day sprint to approximately three weeks. A Founding Operations Partnership begins with a 90-day mandate. A standalone Codification Sprint usually lasts four to eight weeks.

No. Embedded executive engagements are fixed-term and include defined review gates. At the end of the mandate, the parties decide whether to continue, convert the role, narrow the scope, transfer ownership, or exit.

When appropriate, yes. Inner Score begins with the operating need, not a preferred software stack. Existing tools may be retained, reorganized, integrated, replaced, or removed based on what the Atlas reveals.

Inner Score cannot responsibly accept accountability without access to the information, people, systems, budgets, and decisions required to perform the work. The level of authority required depends on the engagement.
