THE OFFER ARCHITECTURE

Enter at the level of support the organization actually needs.

Resource Cartography is the method used across every stage. It is not an extra service layered onto the invoice.

Some clients need clarity. Some need an organizational map. Some need an executive builder. Some already have a functioning business and need to capture what works. The correct entry point depends on what is already true.

Atlas Reading

The fastest way to see the pattern.

Investment
$497
Timeline
60–90 minutes
THE REAL MATH

$497 isn't the risk. The risk is running another quarter as the only person who can see the whole board — every relationship, decision, and next move living in one head because the organization can't show itself to anyone else.

The Atlas Reading is the cheapest way to create clarity and confidence. Within three business days: the recording, the written Atlas, three to five sequenced moves, and a straight call on what to build and what to leave alone. Named artifacts, not impressions. Something to act on Monday.

What it is

A live, founder-level application of Somatic Resource Cartography™. Before we map the organization, we map what you are carrying — the vision, pressure, resources, relationships, friction, and next decisions currently competing for space in your head.

Best for

Founders, creatives, coaches, speakers, and community builders who feel scattered, overloaded, or unable to sequence their next move.

You leave with
  • A concise vision summary
  • A resource and relationship snapshot
  • A direct diagnosis of what is blocking movement
  • Three to five sequenced priorities
  • A low-friction action breakdown
  • A recommendation for what support, if any, should come next
  • The session recording
  • A written summary delivered within three business days

Paid in full at booking. $250 may be credited toward a Living Atlas™ booked within 30 days.

Founding Operations Partnership

Move from a visible organization to a functioning operating company.

Investment
From $7,500/mo
Timeline
Initial 90-day term
What it is

A fixed-term embedded executive engagement. Inner Score does not remain outside the organization making recommendations. We use the Living Atlas™ as an executive map, enter under the appropriate operating seat, connect the resources, build the required infrastructure, coordinate implementation, and help leadership use the system under real operating pressure.

The sequence
  1. 1. MapConfirm or complete the Living Atlas and approve the executive mandate.
  2. 2. BuildInstall the priority structure, workflows, tools, documentation, and reporting systems.
  3. 3. LeadCoordinate implementation, pressure-test decisions, and move cross-functional priorities.
  4. 4. ProveTest the system through real delivery, team use, reporting, decisions, and operating pressure.
  5. 5. PackageConvert what works into the Living Systems Business-in-a-Box™.
  6. 6. Transfer or ContinueTransfer ownership, renew under a defined mandate, convert the role, narrow into Stewardship, or complete the exit.
Executive configurations
Interim Founding Chief of Staff
Starting at $7,500/mo

A CEO office, nonprofit, foundation, chamber, or early institution that needs strategic coordination, relationship management, decision flow, Board support, and institution-building.

Interim Chief Operating Officer
Starting at $15,000/mo

An established company with products, customers, revenue, and people that needs active operating leadership across systems, delivery, performance, vendors, and cross-functional execution.

Interim Founding Chief Operating Officer
Starting at $15,000/mo

A new or evolving venture where the operating company itself must be designed, built, tested, and prepared for long-term leadership.

Important boundary

The executive title must match the actual mandate. Inner Score does not accept company-wide accountability under a narrow title, and it does not accept an executive title without written access, authority, and decision rights.

Initial term is 90 days. Some engagements may extend to six months when implementation, testing, and transfer require additional time.

  • Proven programs or services
  • Multiple locations or repeatable models
